ISS Transport at Siemens Heathrow Express, London also took a pink approach to the corporate sponsor’s Wear Red-Day on Thursday 25th February to avoid interference with railway signal colours.
The ISS team managed to raise an amazing £350 by replacing the usual soap water in their buckets with busy travellers’ spare pennies at Paddington Station. For donations staff also offered an exclusive car wash and valeting service to their colleagues at Siemens’ depot in Acton.
ISS and Siemens collaborate closely at Heathrow Express Depot where Siemens managers and colleagues contributed to make this day possible and successful.
The colourful event encouraged everybody to help support a charity that relates to so many people’s life and at the same time have a laugh with their co-workers doing something fun and different, i.e. cross dressing involving pink knickers.
The day was organised by acting Productions Manager Ade Jiboye in conjunction with Contract Manager Ian Johnson. They were kindly supported by George Staines, Siemens Fleet Manager and Chris Gara, Siemens Productions Manager here seen with a pink legged Ade.
Thanks to everyone who was involved in this event and helped support the British Heart Foundation.
